How to become an author of Burda
If you can sew or have been engaged in other types of needlework for a long time and successfully, but have never done master classes before, we will be happy to help you begin to develop in this direction! Write to us at [email protected] - tell us about yourself, your skills, send examples of your work or links to social networks where you can find them. For beginning authors, we will give instruction on how to create master classes, tell you how to improve the quality of the photo, so that your materials look professional.
If you already have a ready-made step-by-step master class with visual photographs on the sewing technique,sewing the whole product or its details, for decorating or creating accessories, as well as if you have an idea for such a master class and know how to bring it to life, send your proposal to our mailbox [email protected], and we will contact you.
The requirements for the master classes that we are ready to accept for publication are quite simple and obvious:
- disclosure of the theme stated in the title, which should be interesting and useful;
- A detailed and understandable text description for each step;
- high-quality visual photographs illustrating what is described in the text (size not less than 800x600, photos are preferably horizontal, but vertical collages are also allowed);
- the original text, that is, nowhere previously published.

We are ready to cooperate with Russian authors, regardless of the region of residence.
How are the workshops paid?
A civil contract is concluded with the author. Such an agreement does not impose any additional obligations or restrictions on you, such as an employment contract, but means that you agree to the publication of your master class that meets our wishes, and we pay for your work in the prescribed amount and terms.
The cost of the master class will depend on its volume, complexity and the number of steps supplemented by photographs. For example, material from four to five steps with photographs will cost about 2000 rubles.You can find out more detailed prices by writing to us at [email protected].
