Chicken fillet with sauce

Ingredients: 2 chicken, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons. tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 table. spoon of honey, 4 tablespoons. tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper to taste.
For the sauce: 250 g cranberries, 1 shallot, 2 table. tablespoons butter, 150 ml of dry red wine, 1 table. spoon of honey, 1 teaspoon. a spoonful of starch, 1 table. a spoon of balsamic vinegar.
Cooking method: cut each chicken in half and beat. Pass the garlic through a press, mix with lemon juice and honey. Salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with the resulting mixture and leave for 15 minutes. Wash the cranberries. Chop and fry the onion until lightly browned in butter. Add cranberries and keep on fire for 2 minutes. Pour in wine, put honey, salt and pepper. Stew for 5 minutes. Pour in the vinegar, add the starch, diluted with cold water, and bring to a boil. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillet. Serve with cooked cranberry sauce.
Light spinach salad
225 kcal, cooking time 20 min
Ingredients: 250 g of spinach, 1 small red onion, 70 g of peeled pine nuts, 200 g of fresh or 120 g of dried cranberries, 5 tablespoons. tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons.tablespoons of balsamic sauce, 1 table. tablespoon of orange juice, zest ½ orange, 130 g soft goat cheese, salt, ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking method: tear large leaves of spinach. Cut the onion into rings. Brown the nuts in a skillet without fat. For the sauce, whisk the olive oil with balsamic sauce, orange juice and zest. Salt and pepper. Stir in the spinach with onions and cranberries, lay the cheese on top. Pour sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
Oatmeal Cookies with Cranberries

In a separate bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, soda and salt, then gradually combine with the butter and egg mass. Add cranberries, chocolate and mix. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a teaspoon and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Cranberry Tea with Mint and Clove

Ingredients: 1 table. tablespoon of green tea, 4 sprigs of mint, 2 buds of cloves, 4 peas of pink pepper, 300 g of fresh or frozen cranberries, 100 g of sugar.
Cooking method: green tea with 3 sprigs of mint, cloves and pepper, pour 500 ml of water at a temperature of 85−90 ° C and wrap. Mash cranberries with sugar, pour 300 ml of water and bring to a boil. Strain, collect the broth.Mix cranberry broth with infusion of green tea, mint and spices and pour into glasses of thick glass.
