Paris Fashion Week kicked off with a show by a young French designer.

In anticipation of the cold weather, Simon Port Jacques's new collection looks doubly sunny and nude in summer. The designer, who grew up in a village near Marseilles, admits that the collection turned out to be very personal - it is based on memories and photographs of his mother, which he lost at an early age.
When creating a new collection, the designer chose a photograph in which his mother was walking in the port on a summer day - she wore a scarf tied around her head, large earrings and a pair. It was such an image - a beautiful, happy and serene free woman - that he tried to embody in his works.
Light wrap dresses, voluminous loose tops, tie skirts and huge wide-brimmed hats remind you of a hot day by the sea. The designer freed his models from unnecessary accessories, bags, sophisticated decor - after all, on the seashore you need to walk freely, without unnecessary cargo.
The unusual and abundant drapery, present in almost every look, looks as if things were tied by hand, as if you, leaving the beach, threw on your clothes, casually and elegantly. The incarnation of joie de vivre!
